Please make sure that the shipping and billing addresses are correct and complete, including company name, apartment number, and suite number if applicable. All orders shipped by FedEx or UPS require a signature for delivery. Due to the volatility of and constant changes in the marketplace, there is a small chance that the item(s) you ordered will be out of stock or discontinued when your order is processed. If this should be the case, you will be notified shortly that we will not be able to ship the item(s). If you request 2nd Day or overnight shipping and the shipping address on your order is incorrect, an additional $10.00 charge will be added to your purchase for an address correction once the order has shipped. This is the amount that FedEx charges us to re-route or correct an address. Orders are shipped only to addresses in the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii. SHIPPING TIME All items are usually shipped from our warehouse within 2-3 business days, but there are instances where it may take slightly longer. Please note: ORDERS WILL NORMALLY BE SHIPPED IN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS, REGARDLESS OF THE SHIPPING METHOD YOU CHOOSE. THIS DOES NOT MEAN THE ITEM(S) WILL ARRIVE IN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. ONCE AGAIN , PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE ORDER TO LEAVE OUR WAREHOUSE. The 2-3 days starts the day after the order is placed. If a quicker shipping method is chosen and if all or part of the order is returned, we do not reimburse the shipping cost. If we find that an item or size that you order is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. SHIPPING METHODS We normally ship orders by either US Priority Mail or US First Class Mail, but sometimes an order may be shipped by Federal Express or UPS. Orders shipped by FedEx or UPS require a signature for delivery. We also offer 2nd Day Air shipping for an additional $10.00 and overnight shipping for an additional $20.00 for all US orders, except for those shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. If you need your order shipped to Alaska or Hawaii and would like an expedited shipping method, please call us for rates. If you choose an expedited shipping method sich as 2nd Day Air or overnight, your order will be shipped by the chosen method 2-3 business days from when the order was placed. PAYMENT METHODS We accept credit and debit cards from MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover for payment. We do not accept personal checks or money orders. We can ship only to addresses in the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii. We are sorry, but we cannot accept international credit cards or ship outside of the continental US, Alaska, or Hawaii at this time. We only accept credit and debit cards cards of which we can verify the name, billing address, zip code, and phone number as correct. We will also not ship an order if the name, billing address, zip code, and phone number do not match that of that credit card you provide. We reserve the right to request that a customer who places an order with a shipping address that is different than the billing address add the shipping address as an alternate address on his or her credit card. If that cannot be done, we can only ship such orders to the billing address. RETURNS/EXCHANGES All items, except womens and mens panties and underwear, massagers, chain mail items, and costumes, will be accepted for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt if unworn, unwashed, and tags are attached. Please order panties and underwear carefully. Bodystockings, panties and underwear are not returnable and may be exchanged only if we ship you a size that is different than the size on your order. In such case, they must be in the original package, unworn, not tried on, and unwashed. Costumes are not returnable, and can be exchanged for size only, and only if unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. While we do pay for shipping anytime a shipment is made to a customer, we do not reimburse for the cost of shipping when an order is returned, except if the wrong item or size is shipped to you. IF WE SHIP A PACKAGE AND IT COMES BACK TO US EITHER AS "REFUSED" OR "UNDELIVERABLE" DUE TO A BAD SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER, WE WILL CREDIT THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR THE RETURN, LESS A $10.00 REFUSAL/UNDELIVERABLE FEE. OTHER SHIPPING INFORMATION Giftwrap is available for a flat fee of $5.00 per order, and a giftcard only can be enclosed with your order at no charge. We will not send a gift message with any order if in our opinion the content is vulgar, it contains profane language, or we feel it is inappropriate in nature. Please note that all orders are discreetly shipped with our address only, and there is no mention of "Lingerie" on the outside of any package. We cannot be responsible if orders are delayed by FedEx, UPS, or the US Postal Service due to weather conditions.
