All items, except womens and mens panties and underwear, massagers, chain mail items, and costumes, will be accepted for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt if unworn, unwashed, and tags are attached. Please order panties and underwear carefully. Bodystockings, panties and underwear are not returnable and may be exchanged only if we ship you a size that is different than the size on your order. In such case, they must be in the original package, unworn, not tried on, and unwashed. Costumes are not returnable, and can be exchanged for size only, and only if unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. While we do pay for shipping anytime a shipment is made to a customer, we do not reimburse for the cost of shipping when an order is returned, except if the wrong item or size is shipped to you. IF WE SHIP A PACKAGE AND IT COMES BACK TO US EITHER AS "REFUSED" OR "UNDELIVERABLE" DUE TO A BAD SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER, WE WILL CREDIT THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE FOR THE RETURN, LESS A $10.00 REFUSAL/UNDELIVERABLE FEE..
